Our Commitment to Food Safety
At American Consolidation & Logistics we have a top-level commitment to continuous improvement and providing our customers with a product that is safe and consistent quality during the time that their product is in our care. We obtain this by maintaining a HACCP based food safety and preventive control quality system, which is independently audited by an international auditing agency on a regular basis, and by establishing and reviewing food safety and food quality objectives. We are currently certified under Primus with GFSI and Organic certifications at each one of our facilities.
Our employees understand our policy and commitment to meeting customer requirements. They are our greatest asset and vital to our success and therefore continual improvement of food safety systems and training are provided to them by the management team. In order to make sure we meet and exceed , we developed an inhouse application to schedule and track every aspect of our Food Safety processes.
Our management team ensures continuous review of the food safety and food quality objectives. Management shall provide adequate organization structure, financial support, resources, equipment and facilities , education of employees and drive improvements through continuous program validation. Our goal is be the preferred supplier in our industry. To achieve this goal, we continually strive to meet or exceed our customers expectations and all regulatory requirements.
